This hotel is pathetic..When we saw the hotel it was quite appealing..but when we entered the hotel and started staying in the room..somehow we felt the room was probably under maintenance..as the toilet was not connected..fixtures were broken..and so on..Then the staff is not at all well trained..they need real good hotel management trainig...I think English is a universal language..more than half of the staff do not undrestand English..then how to communicate..everyday some or the other thing used to get a problem..There is coordination between the staff.. The restaurants are horrible..too pricey..and the quality is bad..there is one grocery store which is too costly...bottle of 1 litre milk which costs for 5 riyals they will charge 8 riyals..i mean 1 riyal here and there is fine..after each commodity they will charge 3-4 riyals extra...this is sick.. In short this hotel is bad..do not go on this area..not recommended..
