Visit Doha - City guide

Doha is the capital of Qatar and gathers half of the total population of the state. What was once a small bedouin village lots in the desert has become in just a few decades a large modern city with skyscrapers and a major business hub in the Middle East. Shopping in the malls or souqs

Doha is a great shopping destination and one of the main attraction of the city. There are mainly three different kind of places to shop: Traditional Souqs, City center medium sized markets and large modern shopping malls. Read more: Shopping in Doha

Play Golf in Doha

Dive in the Persian Gulf

One of the most popular places to dive is called Old Club Reef, a man-made reef, just before Sealine Beach Resort. Constructed of sunken cars and oil-drums, two artificial reefs have been built for scuba-diving. Read more: Diving in Doha

Tourism: Visit Qatar

Doha is of course not the only place of interest in Qatar ! There is much more to be seen... like the cities of Al Wakra, Khor Al Udaid, Al Ruwais, Al Khor with its picturesque harbour and spectacular beaches, Al Zubara with its famous old fort.
